By accessing and using the website and services of G-Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
G-Solutions provides web development, design, SEO, and related digital services ("Services"). The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement agreed upon by both parties.
Payment terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement. Generally, we require an initial deposit before work commences, with subsequent payments linked to project milestones. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
Standard projects include a set number of revision rounds as defined in the proposal. requests beyond the agreed scope or revision limit may incur additional charges at our standard hourly rate.
Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final website implementation and custom design elements. G-Solutions retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials. We also retain ownership of any pre-existing code libraries or tools used.
You agree to provide all necessary content (text, images, media) in a timely manner. You represent that you have the right to use all content provided to us and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
We build websites using best practices, but we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. G-Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches material terms. In such cases, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
